What we collect
We collect your email address, password hash, account balance, API key hashes, transaction records, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service. We may also process API request metadata and usage totals.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, authenticate requests, calculate usage, maintain balances, prevent abuse, support users, and improve reliability.
Payments and providers
Polar processes checkout and payment information. Mistbeam receives transaction details needed to credit your balance, but does not store full payment card numbers. Infrastructure providers may process limited information on our behalf.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for operations, security, accounting, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
