Service
Mistbeam provides metered access to hosted language models. Features, models, limits, and prices may change. We will present current pricing before charging for usage.
Accounts and keys
You must provide accurate account information and protect your password and API keys. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials. Tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
Balances and payment
Usage is deducted from prepaid credit. Payments are processed by Polar. Except where required by law, purchased credit is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mistbeam to break the law, harm others, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade limits, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access that threatens users, infrastructure, or third parties.
Model output
Language model output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether it is suitable for your use. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Mistbeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
